Hey all;
Is it just me, or is this summer just chock full of train crashes, bus crashes, car crashes, drownings, police shootings, vigilante attacks and general overall mayhem? No? Just me? Thought so. Ah well.

Hey all;
I don’t bother pushing my writing here because, you know, really? But I thought I’d mention that The Return of the Titans is available in print form at Createspace. The link is Here.
Thanks,

Hey guys;
With all the talk in sports right now about HGH, I wonder if a writer should use it? Okay, I know it wouldn’t improve my writing (probably) but maybe with huge arms I could write in super-roid mode or something? Hmm, might break my laptop. Sigh, just a thought.

Hey all;
Just joined Library thing. Seems like a good site to connect with other authors and readers as well. I hope it turns out to be a fun place to visit.

Hey all;
Well, Kate had the baby. Very exciting. Here in Canada we seem fairly evenly split on caring about the event or not giving a damn. Personally I’m very happy that Kate and baby are doing well. She seems like a lovely, regular person, and I wish her and the little one nothing but the best.
And after his mother’s death, Will knows what it’s like to be under a microscope throughout his childhood, so I’m sure he’ll try to keep the baby’s life as “normal” as possible. Good luck with that.

Hey all;
Mondays aren’t really my favorite day, but not for the traditional reasons. Truth is, I work on the weekends, so Monday is really the middle of my week. But in my job, Mondays are dead days. Very few clients, long, long days. But even so, I commiserate with those who are blue because it’s back to work day. After all, blue is blue, no?

Hey all;
Just a quick note to myself: if I ever meet Amanda Bynes, I must make a point of ignoring her. Cripes, talk about slowly and publicly going insane. Wow.

Hey all;
So sad to hear that Cory Monteith, a very talented young man and fellow Canadian, died of an overdose. To have made it as far as he did after a rough start in life, and then to die in such a futile and sad way, is beyond heart-breaking.
You always hope that others coming up on the road to fame and fortune will learn from something so tragic, but as we’ve seen time and time again, the same mistakes keep being made. Still, my prayers are with his loved ones and my hopes for the next generation remain as strong as ever.
Rest in peace, Cory. You were awesome.

Hey all;
I know it’s been said, but why does heat always have to bring along humidity for company? Yeah, I know; it gets lonely, it wants to chat, it likes watching us all suffer. Whatever. I think they need a break from each other. Send humidity down to Arizona…heck, they’d probably enjoy the change! Leave the heat, we love the heat. And frankly, anything’s better than winter, IMHO.

Hey all;
Rather obvious, I know. But sometimes we do tend to take life for granted, don’t we? But life is really only a series of moments, connected by events, large and small. So let’s all try (me included) to savor those moments. They’re precious, and they are quickly gone.
